Delivery

We ship the goods as soon as possible after receipt of payment, usually within two to three working days.

Parcels within Germany have a standard transit time of two to three working days. The delivery time for parcels to other countries depends on the country of delivery.

In order to conserve resources, we use partially used cartons and packaging materials. We ask for your understanding that not every shipping package looks impeccable.

Returns

The modalities mentioned in this section “Returns” are not a condition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal under the section entitled “Cancellation policy“.
We kindly ask you to send the return shipment to us by phone on +49 (0) 5731 49629 02 or by e-mail to post(at)weldco.de before sending the return shipment. In this way, you enable us to assign the returned products as quickly as possible.

Please send the goods to us as a prepaid parcel (weld & co Hische und Welsky GbR, Kirchstr. 8, D-32547 Bad Oeynhausen). Retain the receipt for at least six months. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to us in their original packaging (including the padding materials used) with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in your possession, another suitable and functionally identical packaging should be used to provide adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to defective packaging.
